Check in 'Settings > Network' and make sure the current network you are trying to connect to, is the one selected. In a later 2.x version will will feature a popup for network selection. This will make it easier for you go in and out of different network environments.

Hi BetaBoy,

The no-sound problem and hang issues with AVCHD content under OSX that I have reported are not fixed with v1.36.
the problem is persistent with all AVCHD files. Can this be fixed?

If you'd like I could send you a file that demonstrates the problem.

When the scheduled release of CorePlayer version 2.0?
Will universal skins to fit without editing skin.xml (1.2.5, 1.3.0, 1.3.5 - skins not universal :( )?
Is it possible to make skins for the CorePlayer on the full screen?

So the only way for legal user to get an update is to download it from Pirate Bay? Or is there a download link?

Hi Betaboy,

Getting a small problem with v1.3.6 on my HTC Touch HD. Unfortunately I'm running a cooked WM6.5 ROM rather than stock ROM so maybe that's causing the actual issue!

Anyway, if I select 'Higher priority music playback' from Tools>Settings>Advanced menu and then select a YouTube video to stream (FLV (Medium quality)) from Media Library>Current Selection then the device locks up and needs soft resetting. Playback works fine if 'Higher priority music playback' is not selected.

Regards

Steve

So. This being in the iPhone/iTouch category means that it's now available for iPhone?

Of course it's not.

I'm super happy. I can play 1080p mkvs flawlessly on my old macbook, and now that DTS is supported and the audio/video sync problem is solved, I really have no complaints at all.

still waiting for AC3 support before I purchase...

Hell when I read (in 08 in the 07 thread about AC3) that AC3 would be coming in a separate addon plugin, that might be available for purchase I ALMOST jumped right their and made the purchase... glad I didnt... its 2010 (and the post i reference was a 2007 thread), lets see thats what 3 years? (might as well call it 4 since it wasnt available from the get go)... phew money saved, thank god for TCPMP (which I also remember someone saying was going to get small updates here and their, but no its also been dropped/forgotten)

I check the changelog each time (i cant be bothered to pirate crap like I used to do in 07) hoping to see AC3 support or that magical creature (unicorn?) of a plugin (that was "supposed to be" available for separate purchase) and it still doesn't exist... (vapor-ware?)

Hell a thread at the top (sticky) with AC3 info for CorePlayer v2 Direct or Plugin would make me happy, but all I find on a search is closed/deleted posts/threads... way to not have an official statement about it

GG

(and just to be clear here, if v2 has it or an addon is made for v2 I WILL STILL make the purchase, however since CoreCodec has yet to do anything in this re-guard I think im safe in saying that ATM its not gonna happen)

What's the timeline on AAC+ (HE-AAC) integration? It's embarrassing to be stuck on TCPMP when the #1 audio format for phones, streaming, and mobile devices remains completely unsupported by CorePlayer! :(
I wish the team would invest some time getting the core features (no pun intended) up to the level of TCPMP before adding new ones and/or eyecandy.

On the other end of the spectrum is the high-end! So what about AC3 for DVDs/BRs or "high quality" rips?

AAC+ and AC3, for the mobile devices and the high-end, respectively.
